Nine hour-long performance with Johanna Gilje and Kim Upstill at Ponderosa (Stolzenhagen, Germany). Each of us busy with a different task/research question, mine being to hike in silence around the dance studio from midnight to 9 am, non-stop, while our audience slept on the mattresses we put out for them. I took pictures of the different landscapes I encountered, and plan to use those images as the base for a series oil paintings in the style of German Romantics.
